Decatur Together

Decatur Together is Decatur's non-profit parent-teacher organization that manages all fundraising to support the school, enhance academic and after-school programming for our students, and allow our teachers to access the best professional development and educational materials.
We are happy to accept tax-deductible donations from our community. Checks made out to "Decatur Together" can be dropped off at or mailed to the school. We can also accept donations via Zelle to [email protected]
Our original board of directors was appointed by the outgoing board of the PTO.
The current board was appointed at the 2022 Annual Meeting. The officers were elected by the board members.

Future members of the board will be selected with an emphasis on meaningful representation. We’ll seek to balance board membership with parents that have children across the grades of the school, and with members who reflect the diversity of our student body.
We encourage anyone who is interested in contributing to the work of our organization to attend and participate in meetings; volunteer at events; chair and serve on committees; and share your skills and capacities with the members of the board. We want our work to reflect our school’s values and our community’s ambitions.
