Hello Decatur Families!
I am so excited to begin my fifth year teaching as an Inclusion Teacher with the Decatur Staff this school year! This year you can find me co-teaching and working alongside our 3rd Grade and 5th Grade classes.
I am an alumna from Loyola University Chicago with my BS in Elementary and Special Education, including an English as a Second Language endorsement. I believe strongly in differentiation to meet the needs of students in the general education setting. By working with our general education teachers, my goal is to seamlessly bring inclusion practices into the classroom.
When not in the classroom, you can find me jumping in Lake Michigan, trying a new restaurant, or visiting my family in southeast Michigan!
