This week U.S. News and World Report released its findings on the Best Elementary Schools in Chicago Public Schools District. I am proud to lead our school where we prioritize the social, emotional and mental wellbeing of students, resulting in high academic performance. I commend Decatur teachers and staff for their relentless dedication to excellence. We also know that we can't do this work without our parents' partnership.
