Can you save Fred? Challenge-4th Grade

This week students took on the challenge to try to save Fred- the gummy worm capsized at sea. Fred was stuck on top of his capsized boat with his life preserver underneath. Students worked together to plan and conduct saving Fred. In order to accomplish this, they needed to find a way to turn over his boat, put on Fred's life preserver (a gummy life saver), and put Fred back in his boat. The only tools that students could use were paper clips to move all the objects.
