In case you do not already have plans for this Saturday, I wanted to share information about a STEM event called "Chicago River Student Congress", which showcases middle school and high school students' action research and environmental stewardship projects from across the Chicago River watershed. This event will be outdoors so let's hope the rain holds off until later in the day if you are interested in going. Starting next school year, I would like our JHS students to participate in environmental stewardship projects as well so this is a great opportunity for them to see some examples!
