hey team today we are going to be reading the book called the school spirit this book was written by Connie Schofield Morrison and illustrated by Frank Morrison I got the school spirit I can tell what she's doing here summer is over my first day is here I got the spirit to start the new new school year I slipped on the spirit in my shining new shoes I fill up my tummy with the spirits pack my book bag with the spirit zip zip I see the spirit driving up the street Room I share the spirit with a new friend next to me hug hug I breathed in the spirit to call my nerves in 233 I wait for the spirits Call My Name here we sing the spirit loud and clear I passed the spirit over to a friend I kick the spirit high in the air I listen to the spirit we use the Story Once Upon a Time I jump when the spirits squish squish the school spirit helps us all strive and grow I can't wait to see you V and such a great book about your task today with the buck in this video your task is to create your own page that you could add to this book but here's a Twist team it's got to be with remote what you're going to do is get a sheet of notebook paper from your purple notebook put it right in their draw a picture of how you feel school spirit remote learning might be stuck here's some times that you can think of when you might need to feel the school spirit greeting friends in live meets virtual circles turning in work Google classroom so how can you think about what you do during remote learning when you feel positive or feel happy you're just proud to be there so on your paper you are going to write I feel the school spirit wear when maybe this could be I see my friends in Google me I wave hello. teacher I'm doing jumping jacks in the movement break I'm hanging with mr. C in gym I feel the school spirit when I'm doing an assignment was missed call I fear the school spear I hear Ms. What could you put in this line next a sound effect right so what could you add on today so here's my example I chose the tap tap I feel the school spirit typing assignments on Google Classroom so do you see how I did my best get here now it's your turn so you are either in your purple mailbox or on another sheet maybe later how can you show positivity and school spirit in remote learning it is your turn create your own page team
